Bredgade 38 is a historic building rich in beautiful architectural details. It was constructed in 1801 by architect Andreas Hallander, and has housed meny historic figures over timer. The property has undergone an extensive renovation and housed, among others, COPI's Danish office for several years. The renovation was carried out with great respect for the building’s original features, while also incorporating contemporary needs for an officebuilding.
